EVERY first-time homebuyer in Metro Detroit should use Structure and Site for their home inspection. Mike was friendly and professional, but more importantly, gave me a precise run-down of everything about my new house. The report was detailed and well-written, and he left absolutely no stone unturned for every part of my house. Chris from Sewer Scope, their sewer and drain subsidiary, also was very detailed about the status of the sewer. Using both of their services, I was able to get concessions from the sellers and have confidence that I wouldn't be walking into any major issues with the new home.

Martin and his company (on 8/11/22) did a fantastic job of highlighting not only what was good about the home, but also what needed work. They were early, very professional, and completed their job quickly. I expected the inspection to take over two hours and they were done in about an hour. I would hire them again, and truth be told probably would never hire another company to complete a home inspection for me.

Martin did the inspection on my first home and he was very thorough. He made sure to point out repairs and changes that should be made to the home as he was walking around and taking pictures. His report was very detailed. He couldn’t inspect the garage because it was packed with so much stuff that we couldn’t even walk in it. He told me to contact him when the garage was clear and he would come back to look at it. I contacted him a couple months later and he came back to inspect it for no additional charge.

Martin performed a homeowner’s inspection prior to us closing on a home. I have only nice things to say. Our inspection was to begin at 10, when we arrived, he had already inspected the entirety of the outside and the roof of the home. He was amazing at explaining things in layman’s terms and was extremely honest about what needed to be done right away versus what repairs might be able to wait. He was a pleasant person to work with and I would highly recommend his services!

After the inspection he called me and walked me through everything and answered all of my questions. About an hour after he completed his inspection he emailed me a thorough inspection report. Martin provided a great written report that could be referred back to at a later date. After doing his inspection he took my wife and I through the whole house to discuss his findings. The plumbing inspector we worked with was great and eliminated a potential problem for us we would not have been aware of.
